ESG Manager
Job Description:
The Role
- Lead on an environmental and employee engagement strategy, planning and initiatives including ESG horizon planning
- Advance ESG strategy through collaboration with charities including the co-ordination of Global Giving processes
- Establish levels of engagement and report on trends, risks, and opportunities through various metrics including employee surveys
- Collaborate with sports and social committees across all jurisdictions to co-ordinate activities
- Manage and track various budgets and spend including gifting

- Relevant experience in an ESG role with an ability to develop effective working relationships
- Excellent communication skills to successfully partner with a diverse business
