ESG Manager

 Job Description:

The Role

  • Lead on an environmental and employee engagement strategy, planning and initiatives including ESG horizon planning
  • Advance ESG strategy through collaboration with charities including the co-ordination of Global Giving processes
  • Establish levels of engagement and report on trends, risks, and opportunities through various metrics including employee surveys
  • Collaborate with sports and social committees across all jurisdictions to co-ordinate activities
  • Manage and track various budgets and spend including gifting
