Payment Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Payment Supervisor to provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in respect of the high quality administration of a portfolio of corporate clients. This role will include a particular emphasis on the cash management service aspects of the business, with the aim of delivering excellent cash management client service levels at all times.
You will be part of a team and contribute to the team in a manner that: (i) is consistent with the firm's vision, values and strategy; (ii) is compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements; and (iii) adheres to policies and procedures.

About the role

  • Lead the development of cash management services offering, including the oversight of a team of payment administrators
  • Assist and support Client Service Administrators in relation to the cash management service provided to a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Reviewing and/or inputting payments into various bank account platforms, reviewing and preparing supporting payment packs and verifying suppliers
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining invoice trackers
  • Assist and support with the administration of a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
