Assistant Manager, Administration

Location: Jersey

  • Planning and allocation of workloads, supervision of progress and
    reviews of administration deliverables
  • Undertake quality review of administration outputs for issue to
    investors / third parties, or for subsequent review by the client
  • Liaise professionally with lawyers, auditors, and other Business
    Partners
  • Identify problems affecting statutory records, communicating same
    to management, and assisting in their resolution
  • Analyse and present management information for key activities
  • Manage employees performance reviews and develop them
    professionally
