Job Description:

In this role, you'll work alongside our experienced litigators on challenging, highly complex disputes with an international scope.
Key Responsibilities
- You will obtain clear instructions from the client/intermediary, prepare draft documents for review by a senior associate or partner, and review and provide comments on documents provided by third parties.
- You will be the main point of contact for clients on allocated matters, ensuring cost-effective and efficient handling of matters.
- You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters and assist more junior fee earners with matter management.
- Engage in business development opportunities including participation in conferences and external training programmes, identifying potential business opportunities with new and existing clients/intermediaries with support from the rest of the team.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Relevant academic and professional qualifications, preferable gained within a common law jurisdiction
- Proven ability to grasp complex legal information in order to provide sound legal advice, and the ability to draft a variety of legal documents
- Demonstrable practical and technical knowledge of common law practice
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software
- The willingness to develop existing skills and update legal knowledge by way of additional training.
- Ability to explain complex information in simple terms and excellent organisation skills
- Appreciation for the importance of confidentiality
