Property Administrator

 Job Description:

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate property transactions, renewals, and key contractual deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate property files, legal documentation, and compliance records.
  • Liaise with purchasers, vendors landlords, tenants, surveyors, and agents.
  • Support lawyers and conveyancers with property searches, due diligence, and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, and internal policies.
  • Prepare reports, update databases, and property administration tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the property law team, including diary management and correspondence.
Skills and experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or secretarial role ideally within the legal sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to exercise high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Good team player with excellent people skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
