Job Description:
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate property transactions, renewals, and key contractual deadlines.
- Maintain accurate property files, legal documentation, and compliance records.
- Liaise with purchasers, vendors landlords, tenants, surveyors, and agents.
- Support lawyers and conveyancers with property searches, due diligence, and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, and internal policies.
- Prepare reports, update databases, and property administration tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the property law team, including diary management and correspondence.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in an administrative and/or secretarial role ideally within the legal sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to exercise high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner.
- Good team player with excellent people skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
