Executive Personal Assistant

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000


The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior business leader within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation. Working closely with the People Team and reporting to the Senior People Manager, this is a varied and influential role offering exposure across executive support, international travel management, governance, and marketing administration.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on working independently, excels at problem-solving, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to a senior executive.
  • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring effective communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

International Travel Management

  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex multi-country itineraries.
  • Manage travel logistics, accommodation, visas, and schedules with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adapt plans quickly and efficiently in response to changing business requirements.

Governance & Foundation Administration

  • Provide administrative and company secretarial support to a charitable foundation.
  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain governance documentation and records.

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Create, update, and maintain professional marketing materials using Canva.
  • Coordinate website content updates with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Assist with the management and scheduling of content across social media channels.
  • Support broader internal and external communications activities as required.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
  • A skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Experienced in executive-level diary and travel management.
  • Comfortable working across administration, governance, and marketing-related activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools, with experience using Canva being advantageous.
