Job Description:
Our client is recruiting a resource to assist with client and investment administration during their transition to various support services within the Group. This role will cover a range of administrative tasks supporting the team with their oversight service coordination, day to day file maintenance tasks and undertaking of periodic client file reviews for AML purposes.

Oversight Service
- Maintaining the schedule of cases and ensuring reporting is delivered in a timely manner
- Establishing client structure in a core investment system, Tercero
- Monitoring receipt of relevant periodic reporting data from underlying asset managers
- Coordinating relevant security set ups
- Running and auditing performance
- Report generation and initial checker
- Liaising with lead relationship manager regarding problem resolution
- Review of routines to maximise efficiencies, through use of in-house systems
- Preparing bespoke commentary for review by relationship manager
Carry out scheduled periodic file reviews for clients & intermediaries
- Completing a Client Risk Assessment template
- Checking for outstanding CDD tasks on our portfolio/CRM system (Assetmax)
- Review CDD / SOF / SOW to highlight deficiencies and any remediation required
- Review transaction records to flag unusual movements
- Contact clients for relevant information
- Record new tasks on CDD on Assetmax
- Ensure record keeping and data integrity is up to date and accurate
- Manage periodic review schedule
Client focused administrative tasks
- Monitoring and corroborating unexplained transaction by clients for AML purposes
- Clearing the daily exception reporting generated by AML client screening tools
- Managing and recording of client trigger events following policy guidelines
- Client communication & periodic chasers for the above as required
- Recordkeeping including closing and new business register maintenance
Assist the broader team with general aspects of administration, including
- Data collation for regulatory reporting
- Operational support for middle office and investment team
- Assisting the investment team with quarter end reporting processes for clients
- Fund and strategy fact sheet preparation
- Collating and sending performance data to external gatekeeper
