About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Head of Operations to lead and scale our field operations nationwide. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building and managing a distributed team, establishing operational sites, and fostering meaningful relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.


What You'll Do

  • Build, lead, and manage a field team of 3050 staff across multiple regions in Malaysia.
  • Develop and optimize staff rosters, schedules, and operational workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new operational sites to support expansion goals.
  • Travel frequently to sites nationwide to troubleshoot, provide support, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Address real-time challenges on the ground and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Represent company in community engagements and stakeholder meetings.


What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in Malay and English.
  • 510 years of experience in operations management, with a background in leading both small and large agile teams.
  • Professional experience in high-performance environments such as tech startups, top-tier consulting firms, or investment banking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability, with strong interpersonal and team management abilities.
  • Willingness to work hands-on and engage directly with diverse local and international communities.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving operational targets and driving success.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or public outreach.
  • Established networks and connections with communities across Malaysia.
