POSITION SUMMARY

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of solar trackers and fixed-tilt racking systems based in the United States. We are currently hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer in Thailand, who will be responsible for driving quality control processes with suppliers and vendors, and managing raw material, in-process, and outgoing quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute quality plans and perform inspections at supplier sites
• Analyze quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and approve quality documentation (FAI, PDI, MDCC)
• Drive continuous quality improvement using 8D, 7QC, SPC, MSA, CP/Cpk
• Conduct product and process audits; identify and close non-conformances
• Train suppliers and inspectors on quality standards
• Manage TPI and inspection team to achieve quality objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• 5+ years of experience, with minimum 3 years in Solar PV Structure QA/QC
• Drawing interpretation and inspection methodology
• Quality standards: ASTM, 8D, FMEA, 7QC, SPC, MSA
• Experience in rolling, sheet metal, assembly, manufacturing, galvanization
• Shop floor leadership and analytical ability
• Results-oriented with sense of urgency
• Cross-functional collaboration
• English (mandatory, verbal and written)
