Job Summary
The Digital Transformation Specialist will be instrumental in driving the company's digital initiatives, focusing on optimizing business processes, enhancing customer experiences, and implementing technological solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital tools and methodologies to lead transformative projects across various departments. The specialist will identify opportunities for digital innovation to improve efficiency and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on improving operational efficiency and customer engagement in property development.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new digital technologies and solutions (e.g., CRM, automation, digital marketing platforms).
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for digital optimization and innovation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and platforms.
• Drive a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in property development and digital transformation to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective utilization of new digital systems and processes.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives, using data to drive future strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to digital transformation projects, preferably within the property development or related industries.
• Strong understanding of various digital technologies, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., agile, lean, design thinking).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective digital solutions.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
