Chief Executive Officer

 Job Description:

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of this 200-acre industrial development, you are the primary architect of a strategic mini-ecosystem. This role requires a high-stakes leader capable of transforming raw land into a high-yielding, operationally seamless industrial hub. You will serve as the critical bridge between investors, government entities, and the blue-chip tenants who will anchor the park.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Vision & Execution
  • Master Planning: Define and execute the long-term master plan for the 200-acre site, ensuring optimal land use and infrastructure layout.
  • Market Analysis: Anticipate global and regional market shifts in logistics, advanced manufacturing, and "last-mile" delivery to maintain the park’s competitive edge.
  • Expansion Strategy: Identify strategic expansion opportunities, including adjacent land acquisitions or joint venture partnerships.

2. Project & Infrastructure Oversight
  • Infrastructure Delivery: Supervise the timely and budget-conscious delivery of critical infrastructure, including high-capacity power, industrial water systems, high-speed fiber, and robust internal road networks.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a lean, high-performing team of project managers, QS, Sales & Marketing Professionals.

3. Financial Stewardship & Fundraising
  • P&L Responsibility: Full accountability for the financial performance of the entire 200-acre development.
  • Capital Management: Secure project financing, manage complex debt structures, and provide transparent reporting to the Board of Directors and investors.
  • Optimization: Dynamically optimize capital allocation across phase-based construction cycles to maximize ROI.

4. Commercial Growth & Leasing
  • Marketing Leadership: Design and lead the marketing strategy to attract high-value industrial tenants, including 3PLs, E-commerce giants, Data Centers and Tier-1 manufacturers.
  • Negotiation: Spearhead the negotiation of complex, long-term lease agreements and high-value land sales.
  • Brand Equity: Build a premium "brand" for the park that differentiates it from regional competitors and commands superior rental rates.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years in Real Estate Development, Infrastructure, or Industrial Logistics at a senior level.
  • Proven history of delivering large-scale (50+ acres) projects from greenfield to full occupancy.
  • MBA or Master’s in Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, or Finance.
  • Extensive experience reporting directly to a Board of Directors or Private Equity investors.
  • Established relationships with global logistics firms, regional brokers, and government agencies.
