2. Define guidelines, requirements, and toolkits for new locations, while improving current ones to ensure a cohesive, high-quality location experience.
3. Act as a bridge between Design and operational teams, translating the Design vision into actionable plans for on-the-ground execution.

5. Collaborate with leadership to proactively identify and execute location improvements for a constantly evolving, high-traffic operational environment.
6. Work directly with designers and developers to communicate requirements and maintain a high creative standard (e.g., storefronts, signage, service design, merchandise, booths, etc.).
7. Manage external production and creative partners for fast-turnaround content production and shipping.
8. Spend 50% of your time traveling to field locations, acting as the liaison between Design and Operations to ensure high-quality location design. This includes providing clear directions to launchers and solving spatial design challenges.
About You:
1. 8+ years of experience in service design, merchandising, physical location design, or a comparable role.
2. US work authorization is required.
3. Experience living and working abroad, with a readiness to spend 50% of your time traveling, often on short notice.
4. Highly organized with the ability to strategically prioritize multiple workstreams.
5. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with executives.
6. Interdisciplinary and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
7. Radical end-to-end ownership mindset, with a focus on practical solutions and getting the job done.
8. Bonus skills: Experience with print, supply chain, and vendor management.
