About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to represent our client in overseeing the architectural aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine drawings to verify adherence to client guidelines, project specifications, and design standards. 
• Provide feedback and technical guidance to resolve design discrepancies or inefficiencies. 
• Ensure the design vision is upheld throughout the construction process. Facilitate clear communication between consultants, contractors, and the client to maintain alignment on project goals. 
• Manage and coordinate contractors to ensure compliance with architectural plans and timelines. 
• Address on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution of construction activities. 
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and validate that the construction aligns with approved drawings and design standards. 
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and sustainability practices. 
• Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations for the client and stakeholders. 
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to address architectural concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, project management, or construction, preferably with exposure to data center or similar infrastructure projects. 
2. Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related discipline. Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings. 
3. Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
