Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target:
    • New homeowners seeking to integrate smart lighting/home systems.
    • Hotel/resort operators upgrading to smart-enabled guest experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with property developers, interior designers, and hotel management teams.
  • Conduct on-site visits, product demos, and presentations to clients.
  • Work closely with the design and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report market insights to management.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, showroom events, and networking sessions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in smart home, lighting, interior tech, or related industries.
  • Experience selling to residential property buyers, interior firms, or hotel chains is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about smart living solutions.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
