Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target:
- New homeowners seeking to integrate smart lighting/home systems.
- Hotel/resort operators upgrading to smart-enabled guest experiences.
- Build strong relationships with property developers, interior designers, and hotel management teams.
- Conduct on-site visits, product demos, and presentations to clients.
- Work closely with the design and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report market insights to management.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, showroom events, and networking sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in smart home, lighting, interior tech, or related industries.
- Experience selling to residential property buyers, interior firms, or hotel chains is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about smart living solutions.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
