As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of factory construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives.
- Team Management:
Lead a multidisciplinary team, assigning tasks and milestones.
- Budget Management:
Oversee and control project budgets, addressing overruns.
- Schedule Management:
Ensure timely completion of milestones, mitigating delays.
- Risk Management:
Identify and manage project risks, creating contingency plans.
- Quality Assurance:
Enforce quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
- Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Client Relations:
Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
2. 8-10 years of project management experience in factory construction.
3. PMP or CCPM certification preferred.
