International Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to drive the global expansion for our client, a leading Malaysian e-cigarette brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets, managing distributors, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Sales Growth

  • Identify and target new international markets.
  • Develop market-entry strategies tailored to regional regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through distributor partnerships, trade shows, and direct B2B sales.

Distributor & Client Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage overseas distributors/wholesalers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and MOQs with international clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts (vape shops, chains, e-commerce platforms).

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure products meet local vaping laws.
  • Monitor changes in global regulations and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to align promotions, branding, and trade show participation.
  • Liaise with supply chain/logistics to optimize delivery timelines and costs.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide monthly reports on revenue, pipeline, and market feedback.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in international sales, preferably in e-cigarettes, tobacco, or FMCG.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vaping regulations (TPD, PMTA, SFDA) and supply chains.
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals with distributors/retailers.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
