About Us:

Our client is a top main contractor building data centers for a Nasdaq-listed company. This position is mainly responsible for human resources-related work in the Malaysia office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment, issuance of offers, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide all-around support for HR functions, including C&B, Payroll Calculation, and Employee relations management, for the Malaysia office.
  • Responsible for C&B and Payroll administration support such as leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance, etc.
  • Compliance with employment and labor laws.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • At least 5 years of HR work experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
