Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

Set the strategic direction for the hotel, ensuring all departments align with the vision and business goals.

Guest Experience:

Champion a world-class hospitality experience, focusing on guest satisfaction and personalized white glove service.

Also responsible for connecting and ensuring customer satisfaction with corporate clients and events.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, high standards, and compliance with regulations.

Financial Management:

Drive profitability by managing budgets, optimizing costs, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Human Resources & Talent Development:

Build and lead a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and performance management.

Sales & Marketing:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the hotel's brand presence and attract key clientele.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in luxury hotel management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and market knowledge, with a proven track record in operational excellence.
