Beyond trade, did specialize in end-to-end consignment solutions for multinational clients managing raw materials, overseas quality control, import coordination, warehouse management, and loose deliveries across Malaysia.

Were now looking for an experienced and motivated Accounting Manager to take charge of our finance operations and support our expanding regional footprint.

What You'll Do

As the Accounting Manager, youll oversee our financial backbone from managing full-set accounts to handling international trade documentation and bank dealings. Youll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, tax compliance, and smooth cash flow to support both our import/export and consignment service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closings.
  • Handle Letter of Credit (LC) transactions related to import/export of plywood and consignment materials.
  • Coordinate closely with banks for fixed term loans, trade finance, and funding solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, including SST, CP204, Form C, and e-invoicing implementation.
  • Manage e-invoicing system in line with government requirements and client billing expectations.
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare financial forecasts and management reports, and support budgeting.
  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and MNC clients.
  • Lead process improvements and strengthen internal controls across all finance-related activities.

Who You Are

  • At least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA are an advantage).
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with import/export or trading background preferred.
  • Strong experience in Letter of Credit, e-invoicing, and tax compliance in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially dealing with MNC clients and banks.
  • Proactive, analytical, and independent with good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and Excel.
