About the Role

Join us as a Field Service Engineer, where youll represent a global leader in egg processing and automation technology, delivering best-in-class solutions directly to our customers.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same youll be installing high-tech equipment, solving real-time challenges, and building lasting client relationships across borders.
What Youll Be Doing
- Install, commission, and optimize our cutting-edge equipment on customer sites.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and performance.
- Train customers operations and technical teams on how to use and maintain our solutions.
- Supervise subcontractors during installations when required.
- Support sales colleagues with technical insight and prepare for trade shows.
- Keep clear documentation of service activities and report back with valuable insights.
- Continuously build your expertise through ongoing training and real-world experience.
What Were Looking For
- A hands-on, self-motivated engineer (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical background).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally sometimes on short notice.
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
