 About the Role

Are you passionate about hands-on engineering and excited by the idea of traveling across Asia, the Pacific, and Europe? Join us as a Field Service Engineer, where youll represent a global leader in egg processing and automation technology, delivering best-in-class solutions directly to our customers.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same youll be installing high-tech equipment, solving real-time challenges, and building lasting client relationships across borders.

What Youll Be Doing

• Install, commission, and optimize our cutting-edge equipment on customer sites.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and performance.
• Train customers operations and technical teams on how to use and maintain our solutions.
• Supervise subcontractors during installations when required.
• Support sales colleagues with technical insight and prepare for trade shows.
• Keep clear documentation of service activities and report back with valuable insights.
• Continuously build your expertise through ongoing training and real-world experience.

What Were Looking For

• A hands-on, self-motivated engineer (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical background).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally sometimes on short notice.
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
