What Youll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project deliveryfrom design and planning through to handover.
• Manage all aspects of large-scale projects, including cost, schedule, quality, risk, and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders including developers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Provide strategic leadership, ensuring client expectations are exceeded at every phase.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members to ensure consistent project excellence.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulations and international best practices.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• At least 10 years experience in managing full project lifecycles for major commercial or infrastructure developments.
• Deep knowledge of project planning, authority approvals, contract management (PAM, FIDIC), and construction practices.
• Proven ability to deliver data centers, industries or technically demanding developments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an added bonus.
