Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue growth in the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in Vietnam.

2. Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, and B2B clients (e.g., system integrators, gaming centers, and e-commerce platforms).

3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches accordingly.

4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand awareness and promotional campaigns.

5. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners while ensuring profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of sales experience in the computer hardware/IT industry, preferably with brands in graphics cards, gaming hardware, or PC components.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data and market research.

5. Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
