Project Manager - APAC

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced APAC decoration project manager to manage decoration projects in the catering and retail industry. This position will be fully responsible for the planning, execution, supervision and delivery of the project to ensure that the project is completed on time, on budget, with high quality, and in line with company needs and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the early planning of the project, communicate with all parties, and clarify project requirements, goals and budgets.
2. Develop a detailed project plan, including schedule, resource allocation, cost budget and risk management strategy.
3. Responsible for the full process management of the project, including design, construction, equipment installation, acceptance and other links.
4. Coordinate designers, construction teams, suppliers and other relevant parties to ensure that the project proceeds as planned.
5. Supervise the construction site to ensure that the construction quality, safety regulations and environmental standards meet the requirements.
6. Monitor project costs to ensure that the project is completed within the budget.
7. Track the progress of the project, solve problems in the construction in a timely manner, and ensure that the project is delivered on time.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, architecture, interior design, engineering management or related majors are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in decoration project management in the catering and retail industry, with successful cases preferred.
3. Familiar with the decoration design, construction process and industry standards of the catering and retail industry.
4. Strong problem-solving and stress-resistance abilities.
5. Pay attention to details, have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
