Our client is a leading construction company. With a strong presence in Thailand and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our growing operations.


Position Overview:

We are looking for an HR Manager with approximately 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations in Thailand. This role will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, performance appraisal.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for construction projects.

2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

3. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks.

Performance Management:

1. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with company goals.

2. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development.

3. Monitor and analyze employee performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Training & Development:

1. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.

2. Collaborate with department heads to create tailored training plans for construction teams.

3. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, including safety and technical skills.

HR Policies & Compliance:

1. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labor laws.

2. Ensure all HR practices adhere to local regulations and industry standards.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

2. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and bonuses.

3. Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction industry.

3. Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.

4. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

7. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.

2. Knowledge of construction industry-specific HR challenges and requirements.
