International Trade Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive market expansion and client acquisition in international trade, focusing on auto parts, aluminium, and copper, to achieve annual trade targets of 120M CNY.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular follow-ups, issue resolution, and high-quality customer service.
Trade Project Execution: Oversee trade projects from negotiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution and expected returns.
Market Strategy: Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to provide data-backed strategic recommendations.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and inventory optimization.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in trade operations while ensuring compliance with laws and international trade rules.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and evaluate the trade team to enhance capabilities and ensure cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years in international trade, including 3+ years in team management; Hong Kong trade experience preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in trade processes, Hong Kong entrepot trade, and compliance regulations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English proficiency; Chinese is a plus.
Skilled in using data analysis tools and office software like Excel and PowerPoint.
