Financial Controller
Job Description:
Job objectives:
This position will be fully responsible for the company's financial and human resources strategic management, and participate in corporate strategic decision-making as a core member of the management. The main responsibilities include: establishing a sound financial management system to ensure the effective implementation of the group's financial policies in Vietnam; coordinating human resources strategic planning to support rapid business development; providing strong financial and human resources guarantees for company projects through resource optimization and risk control.
Core Responsibilities:
Financial Management
1. Overall lead the operation of the financial department and establish a financial management system that complies with Vietnamese regulations and IFRS standards
2. Prepare consolidated financial statements, coordinate annual audits and tax audits, and ensure 100% compliance
3. Develop financial analysis models to provide management with monthly business analysis and strategic decision-making support
4. Establish a dynamic capital management system, optimize financing structure, and reduce capital costs
Strategic Planning
1. Lead the preparation of a 5-year strategic plan and annual business plan, and formulate financial feasibility assessment standards
2. Monitor project development cash flow and establish an early warning mechanism to ensure the safety of the capital chain
Tax Planning
1. Establish a tax risk management system and coordinate cross-border tax planning
2. Maintain relations with tax authorities and lead tax dispute resolution
Team Management
1. Cultivate a high-performance financial team and establish a talent echelon development plan
2. Promote financial digital transformation and improve operational efficiency
HR leadership
1. Develop localized HR strategies to support business expansion needs
2. Optimize compensation and performance systems to improve organizational effectiveness
3. Supervise IT and administrative operations to ensure logistics support
Job requirements:
Basic conditions
1. Master's degree in accounting/finance/finance, CPA/ACCA qualification
2. More than 15 years of financial management experience, must have experience in real estate development industry, and those with experience in residential real estate market are preferred
3. Proficient in Vietnam's fiscal and tax regulations and IFRS standards
