Location: Indonesia
1. Global Rollout and Onboarding:
Lead the rollout of the protocol in various regions, ensuring efficient onboarding of active users through strong partnerships.
2. Market Expansion:
Conduct market research, setup, and implement initial go-to-market strategies for new regions.
3. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, providing guidance and support to meet growth objectives.
4. Growth Operations:
Oversee ongoing management, business development, partnerships, and marketing within your region to drive user adoption.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with product and economics teams to ensure local partners are properly incentivized and maintain user engagement.
6. Operational Optimization:
Continuously enhance operations by refining processes and logistics, offering feedback for improvement.
About You:
You bring over 15 years of experience in high-performance operations, business development, or sales in Indonesia.
You are resourceful, excelling in dynamic, fast-paced environments where you can contribute in various ways to achieve meaningful results.
You possess strong cross-cultural communication skills, having experience doing business across different countries and cultures.
You are fluent in English and Indonesian.
You have exceptional interpersonal skills, able to manage and nurture relationships with local partners, and resolve conflicts when needed.
You are a creative problem-solver, always finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
You rely on data to drive decisions and actively engage in strategic discussions.
You are based in Indonesia and comfortable traveling extensively (50-75% of the time) to facilitate growth across your region.
