Supply Chain Operations Analyst
Job Description:
Role Purpose:
To maintain ERP hygiene, develop procurement SOPs, and provide departmental analytics. This role ensures the supply chain team operates efficiently and complies with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP master data, PO workflows, and documentation standards.
- Create and maintain procurement SOPs and approval matrices.
- Coordinate payment forecasts and track departmental KPIs.
- Standardize awarding email formats and management approval processes.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Generate dashboards for supply chain performance (cost savings, on-time delivery, supplier scorecards).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- 3+ years in supply chain operations or ERP administration (SAP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
