Job Summary
Lead the strategic research and productization of modular data center power infrastructure, focusing on standardized Power and Genset blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
Modular Strategy: Define the architecture for prefabricated power modules (UPS skids, switchgear containers, and generator sets) to support hyperscale and AI facilities.
End-to-End Development: Lead the full product lifecycle using structured development processes, integrating "Design for Manufacturing" (DfM) and "Design for Assembly" (DfA).
Technical Leadership: Spearhead design, prototyping, and validation, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and on-site commissioning.
Industry Stewardship: Monitor trends such as 800VDC architectures and high-density AI clusters to iterate product offerings.
Qualifications:
10 years in electrical engineering and R&D at leading electrical manufacturers.
Deep knowledge of UPS systems, switchgear, and data center power architectures.
