Job Summary
The Project Specialist will be responsible for driving and coordinating key projects across the company's property development portfolio, from inception to completion. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent project management skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope, supporting the company's commitment to modern and sustainable developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects, adhering to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure that projects align with the company's strategic goals, particularly in sustainable practices and enhancing customer experiences.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
- Assist in the development and refinement of project management tools, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the property development, real estate, or construction industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
