Logistics Specialist

 Job Description:

Role Purpose:

To manage global logistics, customs clearance, and shipment tracking for all equipment from suppliers to client sites worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange international shipments (air, sea, road) – manage freight forwarders.
  • Ensure correct Incoterms, customs documentation, and import/export compliance.
  • Track shipments in real-time and proactively flag delays.
  • Expedite critical shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Manage logistics costs and carrier performance.
  • Coordinate with site teams for delivery scheduling and offloading.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in global logistics, preferably for heavy equipment or data centre gear.
  • Knowledge of SEA, Europe, Americas, Japan, Korea customs regimes.
  • Experience with SAP logistics modules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
