As we expand our footprint in the dynamic Southeast Asian market, we are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to build our channel strategy in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management & Recruitment: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new distributors, retailers, system integrators, and e-commerce partners.
- Business Planning: Develop joint business plans with key partners, setting clear objectives, targets, and action plans.
- Sales Growth: Drive sell-through by working closely with partners on inventory management, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales training.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships at all levels.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance. Provide regular reports and insights to regional management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years of proven experience in channel sales, key account management, or business development, within the IT/PC hardware industry.
- Established network of contacts with distributors, retailers, and SI partners in the Thai PC hardware market.
- Strong understanding of the PC component ecosystem, including gaming and enthusiast segments.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory.
