About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Solutions Executive/Manager to drive the expansion of our innovative automation solutions into new markets. This is a senior, dual-function role that combines Business Development (Sales) and Project Management, designed for a technical and commercially astute professional who can own the end-to-end processfrom identifying opportunities to delivering integrated solutions.
The ideal candidate will leverage our company’s strong background in aviation and automation technology (e.g., self-service kiosks, hardware-software systems) to penetrate new verticals such as healthcare, retail, and smart services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Pre-Sale)
- Identify and target potential clients (e.g., hospitals, service providers) requiring automation and self-service solutions.
- Conduct needs analysis, develop tailored proposals, and deliver compelling pitches.
- Prepare cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Adapt existing technology solutions to new industry contexts with creativity and strategic insight.
Project Management (Post-Sale)
- Lead end-to-end project execution: planning, timeline management, budgeting, and delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical business development, solutions sales, or project management role, preferably involving hardware/software integration.
- Proven track record of selling and delivering complex technical solutions (e.g., automation systems, self-service platforms).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on cross-industry opportunities (e.g., applying aviation tech to healthcare).
- Diplomatic and collaborative; able to navigate the boundaries between sales and project delivery without conflict.
- Self-motivated, agile, and capable of operating in a hybrid role that blends sales, technical oversight, and client management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
