The Role

As the Commercial Head, you will be the foundational commercial leader for company in the region. Your mission is to articulate the unique value of our creative-technical work to the world's most prestigious brands, converting them into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the APAC region, identifying key growth sectors and defining the company's market positioning.
  • Business Development: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and crafting compelling proposals to negotiation and closing high-value deals.
  • Client Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their core challenges and positioning Polygraph's capabilities in data storytelling, visualization, and interactive design as the solution.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience)

  • A Proven Seller of Premium Solutions: 8+ years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership role, with a documented history of selling high-value, custom services (e.g., creative agency projects, consulting engagements, enterprise software solutions).
  • Brand Marketing: Experience selling to CMOs and Heads of Brand at multinational corporations.
  • Technology: Experience working with tech companies on brand storytelling and developer outreach.
  • Strategic Networker: An existing and relevant network of senior contacts in Hong Kong and the wider APAC region is highly advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in an autonomous, start-up-like environment. You are a self-starter, resilient, and motivated by building something significant.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
