About the Role: Bridge Vision with Execution

We are seeking a strategic IT Solutions Consultant to own the client lifecycle end-to-end. This is not a typical sales or PMO role. You will be the key architect of the client relationship, responsible for translating a client's vision into a tangible strategy, winning the business, and then guiding the solution to successful delivery. You are the client's trusted advisor and the internal champion for excellence.


Key Responsibilities: Own the End-to-End Journey

1. Strategic Business Development & Solutioning

  • Identify & Cultivate Opportunities: Hunt for new logos and develop strategic account plans for existing clients. You'll have the autonomy to target markets and verticals you're passionate about.
  • Deep-Dive Consultative Discovery: Go beyond surface-level needs. Conduct workshops to uncover root-cause business problems and define measurable success metrics with C-level stakeholders.
  • Architect Winning Solutions: Lead the design of sophisticated, high-value technical proposals. Your solutions will be innovative, commercially astute, and clearly articulate a compelling ROI.
  • Masterful Storytelling: Command a room. Present and defend your solutions with confidence and clarity to both technical experts and executive boards, influencing key decision-makers.

2. Hands-On Project Leadership & Governance

  • Seamless Transition to Delivery: You built the vision; now ensure its flawless execution. Lead the project kick-off, bridging the gap between sales promises and delivery reality.
  • Strategic Oversight (not micro-management): Act as the senior client sponsor throughout the project lifecycle. You are the escalation point and the guardian of the project's strategic goals, timeline, and budget.
  • Navigate Complexity: Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become issues. You'll solve complex challenges that span technology, business processes, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Ensure Value Realization: Your job isn't done at go-live. You are accountable for ensuring the solution delivers the business outcomes promised in the initial proposal.

3. Build Lasting Legacies

  • Become a Trusted Partner: Elevate client relationships from vendor to strategic advisor. Your deep industry and technical expertise will make you an indispensable resource.
  • Drive Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion, leading to long-term, profitable relationships.


Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years in a solutions consulting, pre-sales leadership, or technical account management role, with a verifiable history of closing complex deals ($500k+).
  • Technical Credibility: Deep understanding of modern technology stacks. You can hold your own in architectural debates with senior engineers.
  • Project Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated experience overseeing the full project lifecycle. Formal PMP or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
  • Executive Presence & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external C-suite stakeholders.
  • Business-Outcome Focused: You think in terms of ROI, TCO, and business impact, not just features and functions.
