The Institute for the Psychology of Eating is an online health education company based out of beautiful Boulder, Colorado. With graduates from over 100 countries, our company is on a mission to change the way the world understands food and body challenges. Unlike most approaches rooted in willpower, counting calories, or blame-and-shame, we see eating challenges as a doorway to personal growth and self-actualization. As we understand that our challenges with food aren’t here to torment us, but are instead pointing to areas of life where we need some extra love and attention, a whole new world opens up for us.
