Electrical Power Systems Engineer (Medium Voltage / Substations)

Location: Canton, OH (Relocation Available)

Seeking a hands-on Power Systems Engineer to support and improve a large industrial power distribution network. This is a plant-based role with direct ownership — not consulting.

What You'll Do

• Support medium-voltage systems (4kV–35kV) across the facility
• Work with substations, switchgear, and relay protection systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and lead root cause analysis
• Drive reliability improvements and infrastructure upgrades
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and contractors

What We're Looking For

• Experience with medium/high voltage power distribution
• Background in relays, protection, or substations
• Hands-on troubleshooting in an industrial or utility environment
• Electrical Engineering (or related) degree
