Build Technician

 Job Description:

We're looking for someone to help build, maintain, and repair hardware systems based on specific designs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You must be able to go onsite 5 days a week. There is no remote work. 
  • You'll need at least 2 years of experience working in manufacturing or installation environments, especially with technical components.
  • You should know your way around hand tools and have good dexterity for working with small parts.
  • Being able to read and follow technical drawings is a must.
  • If you know how to solder, that's a plus, but its not a deal-breaker.
  • Were looking for someone whos self-driven and can work independently but also open to learning new things.
  • You'll need to make good decisions while following company procedures.
  • Building strong relationships with your co-workers and communicating well is key.
  • We value hard work, a positive attitude, and a willingness to pitch in.
  • Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organized is a must, and you'll need to follow our policies.
  • You should be comfortable with shifting priorities, especially when customer support issues pop up.
  • If you're familiar with Google Suite and have worked with ERP systems, that's a bonus.
  • Broadcast experience or a CTS certification would be great but aren't required.
  • Experience with video software is also a plus.
