Job Description:
Prequel Solutions is hiring a Help Desk Analyst - Level 2 with 5+ years of experience in hardware and software support. This role involves providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing escalations to ensure timely resolution. This position is an hourly W2 contract role with a payrate up to $19-22/hour, depending on experience, and offers health and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and systems.
- Manage and re-assign support tickets, escalating high-priority issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with call-tracking systems and team collaboration.
This role offers the chance to deliver expert technical support in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Must be local to the Chester, PA area as this role is fully onsite.
