Prequel is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Production Manager role for an established company in the Cary, IL area. The Production Manager has key responsibilities for leading the manufacturing team and delivering customer products. responsible for leading the manufacturing team. This is a full-time role and includes a competitive salary and bonus structure along with full health and retirement benefits. This position works full time onsite and will lead a team of six (6).

Seeking candidates with a mix of the following:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in related field
• Lives within a 30 mile radius of Cary, IL and able to work onsite M-FRI
• Discreet Manufacturing Experience
• Engineer to Order, High complexity manufacturing processes including heavy machinery
• Clean Room Environment Experience
• Previous Leadership Experience
