Project Manager - IT

 Job Description:

  • Lead and manage high-priority, enterprise-wide IT projects of strategic importance, overseeing enhancements, business process reengineering, or development efforts.
  • Own project activities with delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate the full project lifecycle: planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation, collaborating with various departments.
  • Develop and adjust project estimates, ensuring client approval and agreement.
  • Create, obtain approval for, and execute a detailed Project Management Plan.
  • Track project progress, monitor milestones, and take corrective actions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks across the project team, ensuring timely communication of timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Conduct status reviews, quality assurance checks, and track project management metrics to ensure success.
