Own project activities with delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate the full project lifecycle: planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation, collaborating with various departments.
Develop and adjust project estimates, ensuring client approval and agreement.
Create, obtain approval for, and execute a detailed Project Management Plan.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, and take corrective actions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks across the project team, ensuring timely communication of timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Conduct status reviews, quality assurance checks, and track project management metrics to ensure success.
