Our client is looking for a Network Engineer! 

The selected candidate will provide technical support for planning, designing, maintaining, and integrating network infrastructure across LAN/WAN systems, contributing to edge networking architecture. Strong communication and technical expertise, with extensive experience in large environments, are essential. CCNA and CCNP certifications (or higher) are preferred, though hands-on experience will also be considered.

Duties:

• Install, configure, and manage network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless, and cellular devices).
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues using industry tools, collaborating with users and vendors.
• Assist with LAN/WAN design, bandwidth analysis, and capacity planning.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and change management.
• Participate in Service Now trouble ticket resolution and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide tier 2 support during widespread incidents.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex network problems.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions for network optimization.
• Ensure networks meet security requirements.
• Document network configurations and create Visio diagrams.
• Support remote IT and agency staff with network-related issues.
• Maintain knowledge of routing protocols, monitoring tools, and automation.
