We're looking for a senior leader who has helped an organization actually adopt AI—not just talk about it or roll out a new tool.

Prequel Solutions is recruiting for a long-term AI Transformation & Organizational Change Lead supporting a large Pennsylvania public-sector organization. This person will help build the AI roadmap, establish governance and an operating model, and lead the business and workforce changes needed to make AI useful across the organization.

The right background includes:

10+ years leading complex IT programs and business-process change
3+ years integrating AI into business and IT operations
Experience with Prosci ADKAR, ITIL 4, or Agile Change Management
The ability to work with executives, business leaders, IT, and vendors

This is a primarily remote contract engagement anticipated to run through May 2028. Onsite work in Middletown, PA will be required as needed, and you must be able to get there within three hours in an emergency.
