Were looking for a Technical Account Manager who blends engineering know-how with sales expertise. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate project estimates, and build strong, long-term relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while driving business growth.
Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand challenges and recommend solutions.

Develop accurate project estimates (materials, processes, timelines).

Sell services and drive new business opportunities.

Collaborate with engineers and designers to align capabilities with customer needs.

Build long-term partnerships that go beyond transactional sales.
Experience / Qualifications:

3+ years in manufacturing estimating, project coordination, or technical sales.

Strong background in machining, fabrication, welding, or additive manufacturing.

Ability to read technical drawings/CAD files and translate them into clear project proposals.

A natural, approachable communication style (not overly salesy).

Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Nice-to-Haves: CAD/CAM experience (Fusion 360, SolidWorks), prototype/low-volume manufacturing background, materials sourcing/vendor negotiation.
