Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Recruitment Department. The ideal candidate will support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks related to recruitment operations, candidate coordination, and documentation. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Recruitment/HR team

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records

Follow up with candidates regarding required documents, assessments, or interview feedback
-
Draft and send interview invitations, rejection emails, and offer letters when needed

Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and onboarding activities

Handle internal and external communication professionally and confidentially

Ensure proper filing of recruitment documentation (digital and hard copy)

Coordinate with other departments for candidate access, interview logistics, etc.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in an administrative or recruitment support role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Familiarity with HR or recruitment software is a plus
