Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Recruitment Department. The ideal candidate will support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks related to recruitment operations, candidate coordination, and documentation. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment/HR team

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records

  • Follow up with candidates regarding required documents, assessments, or interview feedback

  • Draft and send interview invitations, rejection emails, and offer letters when needed

  • Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and onboarding activities

  • Handle internal and external communication professionally and confidentially

  • Ensure proper filing of recruitment documentation (digital and hard copy)

  • Coordinate with other departments for candidate access, interview logistics, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or recruitment support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Familiarity with HR or recruitment software is a plus

Work Environment & Location:

  • Full-time, on-site position

  • Office located in Maadi, Cairo
