Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Shift Leader with experience in agricultural production and exposure to SCADA-controlled systems. The role involves supervising production shifts, monitoring and controlling operations through SCADA, and ensuring that output, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production staff and oversee daily operations in agriculture/processing facilities.

• Operate and monitor SCADA systems to track production, irrigation, or processing performance in real time.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, agricultural, and workplace safety standards.

• Detect and troubleshoot system alarms, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations.

• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for immediate corrective actions.

• Allocate resources effectively to achieve shift targets.

• Train operators and workers on SCADA monitoring, safe equipment use, and operational procedures.

• Prepare and submit shift reports, including system logs, production data, and downtime analysis.

• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing SCADA data to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Agriculture Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.

• 2:5 years of experience in agricultural/food production environments, preferably with SCADA exposure.

• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems (monitoring, control, troubleshooting).

• Familiarity with PLCs, automated irrigation, or processing equipment is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work in shifts and respond quickly to operational challenges.
