Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the industrial packaging industry in Egypt and KSA. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure their success
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in Egypt and KSA
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability for the company
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
- Travel within Egypt and KSA as needed to meet with clients and oversee sales operations
- Train and onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing support and guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial packaging industry in Egypt and KSA
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within Egypt and KSA as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Egypt and KSA
