Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export strategies to increase international sales.
- Manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, shipping terms, and pricing with overseas clients and vendors.
- Coordinate logistics, including export documentation, transportation, and shipping schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for international markets.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to manage risks and payments related to exports.
- Represent Mntra at global food exhibitions (e.g., ANUGA, Gulfood) and organize pre-scheduled B2B meeting pipelines for these fairs.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exports within the IQF Frozen Vegetables & Fruits or FMCG food export sector.
- Experience in dealing with European, GCC, and African food markets is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
