Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions within a growing aluminum manufacturing company. The role will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Implement performance management systems and support employee development plans.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.

Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits programs.

Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.

Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8–12 years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Previous experience in a managerial HR role.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.

Experience with performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, aluminum, or industrial sectors.

HR certification (HR Diploma, SHRM, or CIPD) is a plus.

Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
