Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions within a growing aluminum manufacturing company. The role will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Implement performance management systems and support employee development plans.

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.

  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits programs.

  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.

  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

  • Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Previous experience in a managerial HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.

  • Experience with performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, aluminum, or industrial sectors.

  • HR certification (HR Diploma, SHRM, or CIPD) is a plus.

  • Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
