Level: Director / Executive Leadership
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the B2B sales strategy across Saudi Arabia and the GCC for steel products, industrial solutions, or security systems. This role requires a strong background in heavy industries and a proven ability to build high-value relationships, drive strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performance sales team to exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with overall corporate goals.

Define KPIs, sales targets, and business development plans for the region.

Oversee the performance of the national/regional sales teams.

Business Development

Identify and acquire new industrial clients in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, and government sectors.

Expand market share in the steel and/or industrial security sector.

Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships at senior levels.

Team Management

Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and account executives.

Conduct performance reviews and sales coaching to elevate team performance.

Client Engagement & Key Accounts

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement heads.

Deliver client-specific solutions and support post-sales coordination.

Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in KSA and GCC.

Provide feedback to R&D and production for product enhancements or innovation.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory and compliance standards.

Report on pipeline development, forecasts, and quarterly performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).

10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Industry experience in steel manufacturing, heavy industrial equipment, or industrial-grade security solutions.

Deep understanding of the KSA and GCC industrial sectors.

Strong network in sectors such as oil & gas, construction, defense, or logistics.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom and GCC.
