Reporting To: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) or CEO
Level: Director / Executive Leadership

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the B2B sales strategy across Saudi Arabia and the GCC for steel products, industrial solutions, or security systems. This role requires a strong background in heavy industries and a proven ability to build high-value relationships, drive strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performance sales team to exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with overall corporate goals.

    • Define KPIs, sales targets, and business development plans for the region.

    • Oversee the performance of the national/regional sales teams.

  • Business Development

    • Identify and acquire new industrial clients in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, and government sectors.

    • Expand market share in the steel and/or industrial security sector.

    • Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships at senior levels.

  • Team Management

    • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and account executives.

    • Conduct performance reviews and sales coaching to elevate team performance.

  • Client Engagement & Key Accounts

    • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement heads.

    • Deliver client-specific solutions and support post-sales coordination.

  • Market Intelligence

    • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in KSA and GCC.

    • Provide feedback to R&D and production for product enhancements or innovation.

  • Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory and compliance standards.

    • Report on pipeline development, forecasts, and quarterly performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Industry experience in steel manufacturing, heavy industrial equipment, or industrial-grade security solutions.

  • Deep understanding of the KSA and GCC industrial sectors.

  • Strong network in sectors such as oil & gas, construction, defense, or logistics.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom and GCC.
